Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SAMA Environmental Consultants services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Description

SAMA Environmental Consultants provides professional environmental consulting services, including:

• Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA/ESIA)
• Air, water, and soil quality monitoring
• Sustainability and ESG consulting
• AI-powered environmental tools (Mustashar)
• Custom IT solutions for environmental management
• Training and capacity building

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project information
• Granting necessary access for site assessments
• Timely payment for services rendered
• Compliance with Omani environmental regulations
• Using deliverables for their intended purpose

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use project deliverables for their intended purpose. SAMA retains rights to methodologies, templates, and general knowledge developed during projects. Our branding, website content, and Mustashar AI remain our exclusive property.

5. Mustashar AI Terms

When using Mustashar AI:

• Responses are for informational purposes only
• AI guidance does not constitute formal professional advice
• Important decisions should be verified with human experts
• We may modify or discontinue features at any time

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Standard terms include:

• Advance payment or milestone-based payments as agreed
• Payment due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise specified
• All fees are in Omani Rial (OMR) unless stated otherwise

7. Limitation of Liability

SAMA Environmental Consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of services.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Omani courts.
